Babelcube is a company that offers books in different langauges. The deal is this - a translator signs up to translate a book. The author agrees, and then for the next five years, the translator makes the bulk of the money raised by the sales of the book.

Recently, the translator for the Spanish version of ARCHITECTURE OF THE AFTERLIFE reached out to me and said that Babelcube has only reported "Two sales" of the ebook version of this book.

Which I find incredulous.

Each time I've been on COAST TO COAST or BEYOND BELIEF on Gaia, my books jump in sales. In the past, the ebooks have gone to #1 on Kindle after an appearance. (Which isn't the NY Times Best Seller's list - it's just a certain number of people purchased them in one day.)

But I cannot believe that since SEPTEMBER of 2021 - only two copies of this book have sold.

Since I don't get the money, I can understand how the translator might be upset. Really - after all this work, a measly two books sold.
