It was so much fun listening to you both, chatting so comfortably like we were all at the same dinner party. Experience a recent bout with depression, your awareness of our deeper selves brought me back to life. I know my experiences are never wasted. But I am more animated anticipating how I can more active be creative and contribute more to making the planet a more loving place. The Robin Williams segment where he told Rich to put him back in the book, that was fantastic.
Great interview. I was captivated, my favourite so far on his podcast. Learned quite a bit, some of it I already knew, but it was good to hear a different perspective. I am definitely a fan!
