Hacking The Afterlife with Elvis, Prince, Charles and Amelia ”Finding Your Voice"

A bit longer podcast today, talking about "Finding your voice."  As always, first we connect with Luana Anders on the Flipside, my friend who passed in 1996 who helps me and Jennifer to facilitate these conversations.  There's a conversation up front about that process and how we got started before we ask Luana to introduce the first guest on her list.

Elvis came forward to talk about "finding your voice." We didn't ask for him to come forward, but as fans of this podcast know, it's whomever has asked to speak to us. Could be someone we've interviewed in the past, could be someone that we both know, in this case, there are a number of people that come forward - personal friends and others.

He wanted to refer to a person's "voice" - that energy or frequency that relates to who they are over many lifetimes.  I asked Prince to comment on the recently found footage of him in Minneapolis, Jennifer wasn't aware of it - but Prince was an accurately describes what is in the clip.

My dearest friend Charles Grodin stopped by to talk about a couple of things, and weighed in about the recent Oscar telecast where the "in Memoriam" section was so convoluted, and the famous "slap heard round the world."  Interesting to note that Charles echoed what Denzel Washington said afterwards; "Who are we to judge?" Charles reminding us that "from the flipside we see things in terms of a person's overall journey - all of their lifetimes and how that translates into action in this lifetime."

Then Amelia Earhart stopped by for a chat. Jennifer didn't know that I was speaking about her recently in a surprise appearance on "Coast to Coast" in the middle of the night, and Amelia continued to encourage me to make a film about what really happened to her.

Then a discussion about angels and "Pegasus."  Jennifer notes that she had recently gotten an email from someone involved in a case in Texas where she's helping law enforcement - and the contents of the email were about what seeing a "Pegasus" represents metaphorically.  It's about transportation - as we've heard from people who self identify as "angels."

"The wings are a metaphor for travel between realms at the speed of thought."

Interesting discussion over all.

Enjoy.

PS: Six hours ago, Julian Lennon released this version of him singing his father's song "Imagine."  It was yesterday we recorded this session. Elvis used this song as an example of "finding your voice." Perhaps he was referring to this version of the song. Take a moment to enjoy this song, and think of the folks in Ukraine.

The Process and The Librarian Podcasts from Hacking The Afterlife

Couple of interesting podcasts the past couple of weeks.

This week's is "The Process"

"Today's podcast is about process. In our ongoing conversation with Luana Anders, our pal no longer on the planet but who moderates a classroom on the flipside, we asked her about process. How people are able to connect with their loved ones on the flipside, but from the perspective of someone on the flipside trying to reach out to someone here.

In today's conversations, Luana has Charles Grodin, TV producer Howard Schultz and others weigh in on the process.  We have guest appearances by Garry Shandling on the anniversary of his passing, who talks about the "venn diagram" of creating structures like golf courses on the flipside - a short chat with Marilyn about the recent Vanity Fair article about her relationship with RFK.

There's also a chat with Dick Clark who stops by to chat about the process. It's all mind bending stuff, and again, we do our best to talk about the process. Buckle up, it's going to be a unusual journey."

The week before it was "The Librarian"

Happy St. Patrick's Day.

"Today we have an interesting chat with someone who self identifies as "the Librarian."  In this instance, he suggested we call him "Seven" as to avoid separation between us and him.  He says that he's the librarian for all the Akashic libraries - normally shows up as an ancient fellow who is about the size and demeanor of Yoda.

In the half dozen times I've chatted with him, via different people, each time he gives insight into the journey. In this case he self identifies as the "Librarian" of all Akashic libraries - not throughout all realms and universes, but the ones we might have access to.  He mentions that as a result of that, he's connected to all of us - at least on a frequency level.

It's an unusual talk - and is in line with our other mind bending conversations with him (listed as "five" at MartiniZone.com).  All I can say is, whoever shows up, we try to ask as many questions as we can.

Happy wearing of the green."

Sunday

Our first podcast with a living person; Robert Thurman

We had our first guest on our podcast - first guest that is still on the planet that is!

Robert Thurman.

I had the good fortune to take a class with Robert Thurman at Columbia University back in the 90's. As noted in my talk at the Conference of Living and Dying recently via Tibet House, I was working for Charles Grodin on his talk show when I audited this class in philosophy. It led me to study Tibetan philosophy - Buddhism in particular, which I find to be a peerless philosophy.

Robert is an author of many excellent books about Buddhist philosophy, including but not limited to "Inner Revolution" and beautiful translation of the "Bardo Thodol" in the "Tibetan Book of the Dead." His book "Circling the Sacred Mountain was instrumental in my own trip to Mt. Kailash with him in 2004. I've had the privilege to travel with him and his wife Nena to Ladakh, and then later a trip across Tibet where I filmed the journey for a documentary on YouTube "Journey Into Tibet with Robert Thurman." https://youtu.be/MqbG_RY4eiY Robert is one of the wisest, most insightful humans I've met - it's a privilege for him to appear on our podcast. He recently became aware of this podcast during my talk for the Conference, so it was his suggestion he come on to see if he could communicate with anyone "no longer on the planet." It was in that spirit we tried this experiment. As Jennifer notes, she isn't aware of his life or journey outside of knowing he's the father of Uma, and that he's a Buddhist scholar. He's a passionate speaker, and at the moment clearly wanted to express his dismay over the war in Ukraine, and his solidarity for the people who are suffering, as well as the suffering of the Russians who want no part in killing their neighbors. My apologies for playing the role of moderator here - to keep us on track to speak to people on the flipside who might want to speak to Robert. As noted - I texted Jennifer and said Robert wanted to come on the podcast, and she replied "His mentor wants to talk to him." (Jennifer had no idea who that would be.) Later she texted "His mom really wants to talk to him." Then "Steve Jobs told me that he knows him." We didn't get to Robert's mom, but we did get to the other two. For the skeptics in the audience, allow me to say "this podcast isn't for you." That's fine - skepticism is healthy - we can't really understand skydiving until we jump out of the plane. For those who are devout Buddhists who may find this disconcerting, I can vouch that Robert has spent his whole life sharing the dharma, Buddhism across the globe. I recall a monk coming up to us in Tibet, in a cave, outside the view of the soldiers in the courtyard and saying "thank you americans for remembering us." I heard him whisper it in English in Robert's ear - the comment brought me to tears. "Thank you for remembering us." The same can be said of those who are no longer on the planet. "Thank you for remembering us." This podcast is dedicated to remembering those who have gone before us - one can imagine that everything that is said in this podcast is subconscious information, but I suggest looking for new information that could not be cryptomnesia - something someone heard or read. Jennifer is not trying to prove there is an afterlife, she works with law enforcement agencies daily helping people with details to solve cases (the investigators consider it a way to gain new information that turns into evidence). We do this podcast in the same vein - consider this as gathered intelligence that point to a greater truth. It may very well be that we are pulling these concepts out of thin air - but after having filmed people accessing this information for over ten years, 100s of examples indicate otherwise. As always with any insight, we hope that sharing this information heals someone who is in need of healing, sharing this information helps people who need help, sharing these concepts help people to open their minds to the possibility that life continues on and if so, it makes sense for us to learn something new from those no longer with us. After all, the love doesn't die - they still care about us as we did then, it's only we who stop caring about them by pretending we cannot hear them. I can't help but reflect on how my friend Luana's passing led me to Robert's class, which led me to Tibet and India, which led me to this podcast, which led me to this episode. The "red string" of our lives continues on. I hope you enjoy this podcast as much as we did making it. Love love. For more information about Robert and Tibet House, see thus.org . His books, lectures and teachings are priceless - find more about him at BobThurman.com For more information about Jennifer, she's at JenniferShaffer.com - I'm at RichMartini.com - or MartiniZone.com for those who are first time viewers, buckle up - to quote Bob's pal Ram Dass; "we are all just walking each other home."

TUNING INTO THE AFTERLIFE My Talk from the Conference - on Youtube for those who'd like to spend two hours hearing about the Flipside

Here is the talk I gave last night at the conference.  Menla has graciously posted it online so anyone can view it.

I was going to begin or end with a song "Give Peace a Chance."  But the session ran over my time frame, so I spared those listening in to me playing a couple of chords on the guitar and singing the chorus from the song...

"ALL WE ARE SAYING IS GIVE PEACE A CHANCE."

I have been filming people accessing the flipside for over ten years.  This talk is a culmination of the past thirty years of my life - from the loss of our pal and mentor Luana Anders, to her visiting me from the Flipside, to her helping me to meet Robert Thurman, to her helping Jennifer Shaffer and I chat with people on the other side.

The point of this talk can be summed up:

1. Allowing that it's possible to interact with people no longer on the planet is key.

2. We reportedly all choose to come here, yet bring a portion of our conscious energy to a lifetime.

3. That "higher portion" is always available whether or not someone has incarnated.

4. We have other realms, other planets as options to incarnate in - it's earth where we reportedly choose because it has the best (sometimes difficult) lessons.

5. There are filters on the brain that prevent awareness - some mediums don't have them, some children don't, and some lose them prior to passing. However, we can bypass them during an NDE, OBE, using LSD, through hypnotherapy, meditation or dreams.

6. We can get objective data from subjective experiences by comparing thousands of cases.

7. Mediums are like cellphones to the flipside. The best ones admit they are interpreting frequency - the future is not set, but they can see likely outcomes. A working method is to have three different mediums ask the same questions to an individual off planet.

8. Love is the key - that love is the engine as well as the outcome of our experience here. That "back home" everyone experiences "unconditional love."

9. Data needs to be consistent and reproducible to become data. I film people accessing this information, so it's not my opinion, theory or belief. It's footage.

10. Films are available at FlipsideMyFilm.com or HackingTheAfterlifeFilm.com - more at the MartiniZone.com website.

It's dense, has a lot of information. Apologies if I screwed up someone's name, or revealed something that they hadn't revealed to others.  This is a blending of the information I've learned over the past three decades, with a shout out to Robert Thurman for putting me on this path.

Here's a link to last week's podcast with my dear pal Sally Kellerman:

Also...

Just a general thank you to all the folks who’ve been donating to the research. It’s not something I ask people to do, but some want to - and there’s a list of links at Rich Martini's WebPage - but I want to at the very least acknowledge a number of folks from around the planet who suddenly decided to send something my way to encourage me to continue doing what I’m doing. John in Arizona, Marc and Raili in Norway, Andrew in Switzerland, Cathy D and this story from Kai:

“My donation was a thank You for Your great work. I just finished the 2 books “It’s a Wonderful Afterlife.” “Architecture of the Afterlife” is waiting in line with the Tuning into afterlife. (And I still feel like to reread the first one “Hacking the Afterlife” there was a real “a-ha moment” in this book. In the chapter about talking to the spirit of Earth, I saw myself so clearly in a large auditorium, more like stadium, but indoors. It was like part of the (life) planning session, there were some planners in the middle and I so much wanted to be part of this current life, I looked over to my friends and they were like, “Don’t look at us, we will not joining you!” From the front of me, my son turned around and said, “I will help you with this.” Then I snapped back to my home, jumped out of chair and shouted, “I got the part, I got the part!” and I was really happy in this moment.

Your books are well written, entertaining, light and with so much information. I love your books. They are exactly what I need. No fictions. No dogmas. As a parent to trying to reach to the Flipside, I am open to every opportunity to learn how to do it. I’m on this journey a little over year and my son is guiding me where to look and from what to learn. I am amazed how much there is information. And I am sad that the only way to find the way to it seems to have to be the hard way.

It would be so much nicer to know who you are without it. But this seems to be the part of human experience. You lose some, you gain some. And then you will know; you haven’t lost anything really. I have my connections to the Flipside and You have been a great help leading me to find ways to do it. Thank You!”

Thank you Kai for that note, and I’m sorry for the loss of your son. He’s lucky to have chosen you. In terms of this research, which is unusual to say the least, I try to dedicate some part of my day to moving the needle forward. Whether it’s our podcast with medium Jennifer HackingTheAfterlife.com, or posting excerpts of films at Richard Martini MartiniZone - or putting up documentaries like FLIPSIDE or Hacking the Afterlife - or the 9 books I’ve put out there - it’s certainly something I’ve done because I feel compelled to do so.

It’s unusual to get donations from folks in Switzerland, Norway, Arizona - across the globe - but in my mind these people are all connected by the research. Because ultimately this research isn’t about me - it’s about how everyone says the same things about the journey with hypnosis, meditation or mediumship. And those nine books, three documentaries on Gaia demonstrate that.

In the 100 hypnotherapy sessions I’ve filmed, half without hypnosis, I’ve also done six of them with different hypnotherapists.

Each one has been a revelation of new information - afterwards I do the research to see how accurate or inaccurate my memory is, or my memories were. Then I transcribe the sessions, so I can get another crack at them, seeing what new ideas come to mind - and when I do so, it’s like I’m pushing the filters further out of the way.

My dreams have changed in that I have become aware during dreams that I am in a dream, that the people in my dream are playing roles in my dream, that I can stop them in the dream and ask them other questions about the journey. And then, when I do the podcast with Jennifer, frequently she’s start the podcast saying “You had an unusual dream yesterday.” And we explore what folks on the flipside were trying to share.

I guess this is a long preamble to a dream I had last night where I was hanging with my father, the inspiration for the book “Architecture of the Afterlife” - and we were talking about architecture, life, other stuff. And as the dream ended, I was aware of him taking my face in his hands as if to make me remember this moment, and saying “Son, you’re doing good work.”

This from a guy who built the largest university in the world (King Saud in Saudi Arabia) to the Sheraton on the Nile, a Beechnut factory in China, schools in Virginia and Chicago (they shot “Breakfast Club” in one of his his) to the window design on the Bahai Temple in Evanston - hearing “You’re doing good work” from dad the architect who worked at Holabird and Root is high praise.

Anyways, thanks for the continued support - it doesn’t need to be financial, it’s good when people have the courage to share stories of the afterlife that have happened to them, that they may or may not fear their colleagues or family will be horrified by - that lump all “tales of the flipside” with pyramid hat wearing people who speak in tongues. When someone shares a story, or research, or data - it’s humanity moving the needle forward in this unusual way that has only been available for a few decades. Sharing new information online with others in a forum about the afterlife.

Nothing wrong with examining the journey. It’s what we’ve been doing since we first started it.

My two cents.

Saturday

Hacking the Afterlife with Jennifer Shaffer and special guests

I've been filming medium Jennifer Shaffer once a week for seven years. It's my own version of Michael Apted's "Up." In this case it's been weekly instead of yearly. You'd think she or I would get bored with doing this. She taps into the flipside, I ask questions - as if she was a dixie cup on a string chatting with those no longer on the planet.

The results are in transcripts in "Backstage Pass to the Flipside" the latest book "Tuning Into the Afterlife" and our podcast "Hacking The Afterlife" on itunes.  Due to the holidaze, we weren't able to work together this week, but I dug up an interesting conversation we had in August of 2019. It relates to how people can access their loved ones on the flipside, or avatars, with or without a medium.

The key is to have an open mind to the possibility.
A chat with Mama Cass, Yogananda, Krishna, Padmasambhava, the Alpha and Omega about how he got that image on the shroud. Mind bending and not for everyone - but pretty much points to the method of how to do the same. As she points out, this kind of investigation won't be appreciated for centuries, but we'll be on the flipside high fiving each other.

As to the comment about "Warren Beatty" being on the flipside and visiting friends over there - We bring a portion of our conscious energy to a lifetime. The rest stays home. We can hang out with, have fun with, party down with our pals on the flipside. We may not be aware of it but they are. Luana, an old friend of Warren's was showing Jennifer that he (his higher self) is hanging around with pals on the flipside. He's got plenty over there, including Harry Dean Stanton. Last time I saw Warren was at Harry Dean's memorial. He's alive and happy and fully in his persona. No need to stress over Warren not being on the planet.

 Enjoy. And Happy New Year.

CTE can be cured by Hyperbaric oxygen therapy says Junior Seau, Dave Duerson, Paul Allen

A public service announcement. CTE can be cured by hyperbaric oxygen therapy. That factoid comes from some mind bending interviews with people who suffered from it and are on the flipside, including Dave Duerson and Junior Seau.

The film (free on Youtube) "Talking to Paul Allen, Junior Seau and Dave Duerson" details how they "came through" to report the information that Joe Namath has "cured his CTE" by using hyperbaric oxygen therapy. As odd as it is to hear this from this odd research, it's a public service announcement. If you don't believe the message came from the flipside, that's fine - the important part is the message. Science can cure CTE with the use of hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

If you disagree, don't believe, or want to learn more, do the research into the topic. Look up Joe Namath's story, which he's tried to tell people, but ran into a wall of disbelief. He stopped saying that he believed it cured him, but the cat is out of the bag. People on the flipside know it cured him, and wanted us to report it. Will post a link to the film below. PSA.

A former US football player who police say shot dead six people in April has been found to have been suffering from a degenerative brain disease.

A post-mortem on Phillip Adams, who took his own life, revealed he had chronic traumatic encephalopathy.

Known as CTE, the disease is linked to repeated head trauma.

Officials say Phillips shot dead Dr Robert Lesslie, his wife and two of his grandchildren, along with two men working at Dr Lesslie's home.

The 32-year-old later killed himself after a stand-off with police in South Carolina."

My wife Sherry came across this symbol yesterday.

↑LOVE ONE LOVE ALL 11:11

I liked seeing it in this context. My wife was the one who had the dream where she saw an old friend who died 20 years ago come to her and say something to her on a topic she was worried about. But my wife, ever the skeptic, said “Wait a second. You died 20 years ago. How can you be here now?”

And the friend replied “Think of 11:11. We meet at the decimals.”

When she woke up she asked me about it. I said “Think of the colon (ratio) symbol as a fence - on one side is the letter 11 which represents a hallway, and on the other side, another hallway. They have to slow down their frequency to speak or send us images, and we have to speed up ours in a dream, meditation or some other fashion to hear or see what they’re saying.”

Mediums don’t have that issue - as they are already seeing or hearing what they’re saying (and hopefully interpreting it correctly.)

But this symbol ↑↓11:11 epitomizes the idea of “so as above, so as below.” Meaning we’re on two sides of a realm, or a frequency, we can’t see it, hear it, know it - but when we cross over, we change the channel the way old TVs used to change between stations. We slip into the “thought frequency” or the “mind realm” - leaving the sense realm.

My wife also had a dream where she was speaking to the physicist Mino (she was reading a book about him at the time.) In the dream he said “All light is both particle and wave. When I was on the earth, my experience was more particle, now that I’m not it’s more wave.”

Two parts of the same coin. As above, so below.

If I could copyright it I would:
